ABOUT VIKI
Over twenty years of hands-on industry experience.
I'm Viki Carter a Production and Operations Consultant, Trainer, and Coach with over 20 years' experience in unscripted content across television, branded content, and audio.
I work with media businesses, teams and individuals to help them operate better, grow smarter, and develop the skills they need to thrive.
With my background in production management I've worked across the full production lifecycle: budgeting and scheduling, negotiation, legal and compliance, building and leading teams, post production and delivery.
I'm also a passionate advocate for skills development. I've formally and informally mentored many freelancers over the years, and helped people improve and grow in confidence whether through formal training or one-to-one support.
When I'm not deep in a budget or negotiating a contract, you'll usually find me outdoors kayaking, hiking, biking or watching sport or music.
